I like to read. Reading is the only thing that is endless. People die, species goes extinct, love fades, but a story is forever. Even when the pages are ripped out of a book, or when the ink washes off of the pages, a story will forever be in your mind, and sometimes, your heart. Some of the most important people of your life that you will ever meet are those of whom you’ve never seen or felt. They are those of a book, and they change you. They become a part of you. There are places you’ll never go to, but your heart has, through books. I cannot simply put into words how important books are to me, but if you love to read like I do, you would understand exactly how I feel. Cicero once said, “A room without books is like a body without a soul.”
